Hello from Calgary

Hi Everybody,

Just discovered this site by looking up "Canadian Guitar Forum" on google. Decided to join in on the discussion.

I've been playing for a little over a year now mainly I just enjoy playing fun songs it doesn't really matter which genre. Hopefully I can learn more and build a bigger repertoire of songs under my belt.

I hope to learn a lot from everybody on this site!

Question for you guys, since we're getting this sudden cold snap, is there anything I should do as a precaution for my guitar? As you guys probably know it get's really dry here so that's my biggest concern. I have a humidifier going, is there anything else I should do?

Also what about transporting the guitar from place to place?

All I use is a humidifier. I just use a Fender hardcase to transport my guitar.
