Singing lessons?

Well, my best friend and singer in our little group (we call ourselves The Buttertarts :banana: ) has moved to Saskatoon. Depressing. We're going to still play music together using Skype and a webcam, but for regular jams, it's just not the same. So, I'm thinking I'd better learn how to sing. Anyone know of any good places to get singing lessons in Calgary, or what I should look for in a singing lesson teacher?

Look for an instructor with experience, and a few years in the job. Make sure they're willing to address your concerns and desired style. Some theory is helpful if you're both willing, and a regular time slot with some sort of program or method will help keep you both on point.
