Anyone ever use em and what do you think?

I thought the 4x12 cab was average at best, but worth the price I guess! A Laney 4x12 we compared it to was much nicer all around, and not much more.

I recently picked up a near mint Vampire GX112 combo for real cheap at a Cash Converters. Lots of bang for the buck for sure, and I really tried to like it but the cleans are pretty sterile which is where I play most of the time.
The amp is sensational for over the top distortion, especially adding in effects.
I didn't care for the in between dirty and clean tones at all.
Take this opinion for what it's worth, I'm a serious tube nazi.
I sold it to a friend who's giving it to his son. It's a sensational first amp for sure.

yeah, the vampire is ok...i guess. But the bass cabs and amps totally suck. I was very dissapointed.:(
