Well..this is a realy good find, a canadien forum for Guitar players.

i've been playing since i'm 16, now close to 42, but was always what you might call a rythme player, never took class so never got the chance to do the kick ass lead guitar i wanted to. BUT, now i'm learning all over again. i was around 10 years without touching my guitars and then BAM, the hurges to play came back.

Right now my small collection is like this :rockon2:

Fender Eric Johnson Stratocaster Artist Series.
Fender 1987 American Standard Stratocaster.
Fender 60th Anniversary American Standard Stratocaster-Sunburst
Fender 50th Anniversary American Standard Stratocaster-Olympic White.
Fender 62 reissue Hot-Rod American Stratocaster-Olympic White
Fender Squier Strat model 1984
Gibson Les Paul Standard AAA 60's Neck.Cherry Sunburst
Godin Exit-22. Made in Qc.

And for my amps, i just bought a Line-6 Spider III after selling my full Marshall Stack JCM 2000-100watt and the same amp as a 2x12 combo.

I'm now looking for a 70's strat in decent condition. Got one?..let me know..

Welcome to the forum.

Great that you started playing again. Similar thing happened with me.

That is quite an impressive "small" collection you have.

Enjoy the forum.

Hey! I am from Sherbrooke originally! I still visit at least once a year cuz my mom still lives there.

I have two Gould guitars. I went to school with the builder who lives in Gould (about 45 min from Sherb).

They are remarkable guitars, I bought them for the Trem system alone!

Cheers, David
