The wife and I got a new guitar this week, she got a new acoustic and I picked up my first LP. Just thought I would share some pics :rockon2:

Not that clear cut to me. Yamaha makes some fantastic gear. Maybe she's not into playing an electric, either. Kind of like comparing apples and dumptrucks, then.

Hey, we can split hairs all day long in here.

However, cool that both husband and wife play. I got my gal a nice Takamine classical for her birthday last year and she's hardly touched it, apart from some lessons and practising in the first month or two. Keeps saying she'll get back into it, but...

Both very nice. The LP is a lot like mine but you got the better tuners!!! I like the look of that Yamaha, they sure do make some nice acoustics.

Not a Big fan of the Studio LP myself, but this colors looks pretty good, and it's true yamaha makes awsome accoustic guitars.

Congrats on the new aquisition mate..:)
