Replaced a speaker in a cheap practice amp

I have cheap Marshall MG15CD. I replaced the speaker with a 8" Jenson MOD. What a bloody difference. Louder, cleaner, brighter. Treble was 'ice pick' clear. I never use the OD channel - totally sucks. I used a Marshall BB2 stomp box. Muddiness disappeared from the bottom - especially with everything cranked on the BB2. Much, much nicer OD/Distortion.

Amazing what a $30 speaker can do in an amp like this.

replacing the speaker in my classic 30 made it so much better....tone, more output and creaminess..... a vast improvement. :food-smiley-004:
