I noticed someone has been posting the link in their Kijiji ads on the Ottawa section. That's a pretty great idea to get members. I say everyone does that on Kijiji / Craigslist when they're selling something.

Even if we did have a facebook, we'd still have to do something special to attrack attention. Look how many small, or dead guitar groups there already are on Facebook....
