Lollar Pickups

Does anyone have experience with Lollar pickups? I was just browsing the net and came across his website and read the rave reviews (Vintage Guitars etc.) I want to replace the Seymour Duncan's on my Tele. I listened to sample sound files and I liked the "Lollar '52 T series" less output but warmer sound. I know it's just a sound file but...
