(I re-adjusted the string height & pickup heights to get the best sound/action.)

I wasn't too impressed with the ones I've tried, but hey, as long as you like it that's all that matters! A lot of people like them for project guitars though. The Epi Standards are pretty decent, haven't tried one that didn't feel and sound good.

Anyway, glad you like it, congrats on the new axe.
