500k POT brands??

I want to change to pots on my hollowbody. I'm not sure what brand of pots to get or if it even matters. I see some people referring to CTS pots? I take it those are decent. Any suggestions or recommendations would be great. Thanks.

I use CTS pots in my guitars and Alpha pots in my DIY effects pedals.
My local music store has Fender packaged pots and they are CTS.
They did make a difference in the tone of my guitars when I changed them.
But my guitars aren't very expensive ones.

If you are changing the pots , might I suggest that you contact RS Guitar Works and get a wiring upgrade kit for your guitar. They are pre wired and will cost you about $35.00 but man what a difference it will make. Hey thanks alot. i checked out the site. A pre-wired kit for what I'm looking for is about $75 US. It'll definitely save some time. I'll just have to save some money.
