I love those guitars! I recall seeing the late great Rory Gallagher(one of the great blues rockers for all you young ones) ripping on one with a slide.

Nothing quite like those Filtertrons, but I've actually never heard them in a solidbody guitar.. cool!

Actually;that Corvette has been modified with filtertrons.
Hi-Lo Trons are the only pickup they came stock with.

Of course, if that is a re-issue guitar; I may be completely out to lunch, but vintage Corvettes had Hi-Lo's.
