those humbuckers are HOT... I never even had the pre amp on during our practice tonite...
there's so many sound variations available,, you almost forget to play LOL..

and to think, I went in to get a Fender Jazz 24...
I believe I wound up with a better bass,, (and for less money too!)

G&L makes a great sounding bass! Their pickups are definitely hot, but they sound so full that as long as your amp can accomodate the hot signal they're fantastic. Congrats!
