A buddy of mine has been looking at some Bartolini P Bass pickups for his Precision. Any of you bass players have any expierence or comments on them ?

not on the P style, but I've had Bart's before and I love them. They are a great pickup.

I'm thinking that my next SX project will include a Bart P.

He'll be glad to hear that, he went ahead and ordered them and now I gotta put them in for him when they get here...

I've got barts in my 6-string, and they're amazing.

Hey Paul, did you get those Barts installed in your friends P yet? Installing them passive or with an active eq? I'm looking at a set of those for my soon to arrive P and want to hook them up passive.
