Hey! Cool site! I'm amazed by the number of members here...It's great to see so many guitar fanatics willing to share their stories and knowledge.
I am a tube amp/Hammond organ tech in Ottawa and have had the guitar aquisition syndrome for decades. Judging by what I've read so far, I'm not the only one. I think I'll put this site at the top of my favourites list as this is a place I'll be visiting regularly

Rich - great to see you here!
Matt Thomas was just raving about the work you did on his Twin.
Cheers,
Wayne

Hey Wayne! How's things? Man it's been a while since we talked last.
Yeah, Matt's a good guy and I really liked his amp. Pretty unusual too with the JBL's in it. Have you been playing much?

Not as much as I'd like w/ teaching/family, but it's gonna get busier...

Hi
Welcome from another newbie.
You've got a Vibrolux. Nicest amp I've ever played my Tele through.
Is a 66 a black face?
Not the I have any money, but what do they go for?
It's a nice place here.

Hey elindso,
Yup, a '66 is a blackface...they are desirable and relatively hard to find therefore they can fetch a fair sum. As with anything though, the price is dependent upon condition and origionality.
P.S. thanks to all who responded to my introduction...nice to meet you
