are all esp ltd guitars offered in left handed models I heard they were but i am not sure also is there any ltd's suggersted looking to not spend much over 500 thanks

They do offer a lot in left handed models but I can't say whether or not all models are available.

The used market is the way to go. I love ESP/LTD guitars and every one of these were purchased for 'around your budget' WITH a hard shell case except the one on the right-gigbag no case:

New, they are quite a bit over your budget but go used and you'll get huge value for your dollar. Stay 400 series and above for incredible quality. Lower series are still great instruments but the pro quality stuff starts at the 400 in my opinion.
