I just finished watching/listening to Kenny's Ten Days Out: Blues From the Backroads. I highly recommend this if you haven't seen it already.

I've had that one for a year or so (can't remember when I bought it but I got it soon after it was released. I love it. It's a great CD/DVD. Definitely worth the money. I also have his rock CD which was pretty solid but I'm glad that KWS returned to blues.

He took a lot of crap for sounding and playing too much like SRV. That's too bad. He has a lot of talent and should definitely keep making music.

I was glad to see he went back to the blues, I am not sure why it took me so long to find this one, I've been a fan of his for alot of years now.

I read a magazine interview with KWS about the time it was coming out. I had enjoyed his music before so immediately bought the combo. LOVED IT.
It was indeed an opportune time for him to do this and he most likely could have done many more had they the time.
