Hey everyone,
I just recently ordered an Epiphone Custom Black Beauty from a Music Store a couple hours from my town, and I'll have it in a week, but in the mean time, I plan to buy 2 separate parts for it aswell:
1. Locking tuners of some sort
2. TonePros graphite-saddled bridge
And I was just wondering what kind of tuning pegs I should purchase for my new guitar, or if some aren't compatible with the guitar?

If you are considering locking tuners for tuning stability, I don't think that's really the way to go. I love Sperzel locking tuners but just because they make stringing so easy and the strings don't slip. Tuning stability is achieved by having a good quality tuner (not necessarily a locking one) and having the nut made of the right material & slotted properly.
The tuners should have specs that include measurements...also watch for screw hole patterns so that you won't have extra screw holes showing with the new ones on there.

_Just a curious off-track question : Did you consider the Epiphone SG-400 Custom before settling for the Balck Beauty ?
I heard the sound are quite similar ( they both have identical 3 humbuckers each ) . The SG-400 sells for about 360$ and the Black Beauty around 700$ in Quebec . Of course , I understand people may buy guitars for other reason than sound alone (i.e. The Black beauty looks really gorgeuos !) .

I'd replace the wire Tune-o-matic with a Nashville type one and get a proper nut made (you'll probably get a free setup out of it, too). The rest should be fine.
