this is my first post here and i have a very important message that i hope will spread very quickly! nick moss and the flip tops a blues band from illinois had there van and gear stolen in canada while they were there to play the ottawa blues festival. the van was in the hotel parking lot under camera surveillance when this happened! but the film in the camera was not updated or replaced so they got away with it! i will contact nick moss to see what was stolen ie: guitars amps etc. makes and models.thanks and lets get the word out! james

Just to clarify. Their van was stolen in a Montreal hotel parking lot and not in Ottawa. From information that I've read, they were on their way to the Ottawa Bluesfest after playing at the Montreal Jazzfest. I think it would be better to be on the lookout for the stolen goods around the Montreal area.

i have just recieved a list of the equipment that was stolen from nick moss and the flip tops. i dont know how to post it as an attachment? im not to savvy with computers. and i stand corrected it was taken from a montreal hotel parking lot. they finished up a gig at the mont.jazz festival and were due to play at the ottawa blues fest. sorry for any confusion,so with that said need to search around montreal area? if i can just get the list up.....thanks to all.
