Hello, I am new to the forums, as you can see and I am new to playing guitars. I went for a few lessons, and then the guy who I was taking them with had to stop for the summer, I recently bought a new amp, a Roland x30. Now I am into the old rock kind of music, like ac/dc, the question is, how do I make my amp/guitar sound like they have it?!? If someone can help me out, it would be much appreciated! Thanks.

find the marshall amp setting on your amp, and keep the gain at or below 5. turn up the mid knob to about 6 or 7, bass on 5, and treble to 7.

see how that sounds :)

Alright, I will try that, but I have more buttons, I have a button that you can turn and it will sound like different guitars, like acoustic, metal, etc. Which should I put? And thanks a lot :D

ok you want the amp knob set to "classic", you can also try "british combo"

EFX off, delay/reverb off, gain a little past half and the volume wherever its comfortable.
