He can try Bezdez on eBay. I've only ordered from them once but everything arrived very quickly, the quality was good and the prices were very reasonable. I believe they are located near Sudbury, ON.

Bezdez is near Hamilton. Great to deal with quicky quick.. but you have to really look at what they are selling. Some of their stuff is a bit odd. Tuners and stuff are great. Their combined shipping is the real savings.
What is that he needs? Don't forget that Evilbay sellers that are in the Northern states are pretty quick to ship and deliver. I also got some stuff from a guy in Arizona that was here real fast.

Call Capsule Music in Toronto. They do a lot of in house Tele builds and should have those parts available for repairs anyway. When I was wiring my Tele I got 2 250k CTS pots and a 0.47 Mallory 150 cap for cheap.

There just isn't the critical mass in Canada for a hardware place like Allparts and Warmoth.

Dont do it. Guitarfetish sells cheap korean JUNK. I'm not bashing the Koreans. Some of their stuff is quite decent. Guitar Fetish is all about hype and margin. Everything is in metric too which means not compatible with American design.
That goes for their tremolo spacing too which they hype.
