Wow.. iv been a fan for a while and i gotta post my appriciation for this band.. i can watch heima every day etc.. my playin has become very influenced by them.... just finished watching Dancer in the Dark w/Bjork and then watched aload of sigur ros vids on youtude.. oh dear lord

anyone else diggin the icelandic/hopelandic vibe?

I thought Takk was a great album but haven't really been able to get into any thing else they've done. Did they do the soundtrack to Dancer in the Dark? I thought that was all Bjork music. I do dig on Bjork. Been listening to her since the Sugarcubes days.

dancer in the dark was all bjork, it just has a beautiful ending... and i really think sigur ros comes through most with visuals, like videos.

I tried hard to get into them. Closest I got was CODY makes so-so background music. They just didn't capture my interest like Sigur Ros did.
