Hi guys...

I have done some searching on the web, and I can get replacement tuners and pickups. However, my question replates the bridge/tailpiece area of my Firebird VII (http://cachepe.samedaymusic.com/media/quality,85/brand,sameday/FBIRD-RE-88d06b4d675b43e5bde24267a3b45312.jpg)

I can't seem to find replacement hardware anywhere...I would like to move from gold to chrome or nickel. I prefer not to strip the existing hardware, as I would like to keep all the original hardware intact.

Lastly, is there a physical size difference between the Alnico-V mini HB's that are stock, and regular HB's?

all I can suggest on the TP hdwe is to check Ebay, it should be available somewhere.

Mini's are about the same size as P90s, much smaller than regular HBs. You should be able to install P90s, but keep in mind they are single coils, ie, have more 'hum'

Thanks for the infodwagar...I can't the tail piece hdwe anywhere on ebay..no matter how I search!

That is good to know about P90's, I have found some mini' that I like.

If you're looking to replace the mini humbuckers aside, from the P-90s DiMarzio makes some nice replacement mini humbuckers that are worth considering.
