So, I just ordered a Weber attenuator with multi-resistance settings.
My combo had an 8 ohm internal speaker (and an 8 ohm out for an external speaker too). I'm going to hook this thing up to the internal speaker.
Here's the question: What resistance should I set it to?
If I set it to 8 ohm, doesn't that mean the actual load will be 8/2 = 4 ohms (if it's hooked up in parallel) or 16 if it's in series?
Am I worrying needlessly and is the whole thing set up for 8 ohms = if you have an 8 ohm speaker etc.?
Thanks
