Hi all, I have a partsocaster with a new Fender neck that needs fret dressing and the nut has to be lowered.

Who on the north side of Toronto would you recommend for that?

Thanks

Edit: I live in so I am looking for someone in the locality of Vaughan/Richmond Hill/Markham... One candidate is Cosmo on Yonge@16th but I've never had any guitar work done by them.

If you want to go a little further north, Darryl at The Arts in Newmarket is really good.

Is this the same Darryl who used to work for L&M??

If he is, then I would recommend him 100%

Another great guy is Leif at www.eastdaleamps.com, he's located in the danforth area.

I don't know if Darryl used to work at L&M, but I think he did work at Cosmo's for a while. The guy is really good, and cares about what he does. Eric at the Arts isn't bad either.

Does he kinda look like 'The Dude' in the Big Lebowski?

+1 for Eric P at the Arts - he did an awesome fret dress for me, on a guitar that I honestly thought was too far gone.

I haven't met Darryl yet. Does he have another brother Darryl? ;)
