I have seen their website and the reviews on Harmony Central. any thought from all of you? they look to be among the best tone/value available today.

yup, I have 3:
Matchless DC30, JCM800 2204, Blackface Vibro Champ.
They are still who I would go to for getting new amps or recommending for friends. I built one of their 5E3 Tweed Deluxe kits for a friend too. Another friend is likely going to get the Trainwreck Express clone as well.
Shipping is paid for by weight, so I use the opportunity to build my own custom cabinets for the amps.
But, yes, they seem like good value to me. Even people that like to source their own parts often will go through Ceriatone for some things like their chassis, faceplates, etc. I think their transformers are a good deal too. On the other hand, I most often get my tubes cheaper elsewhere.
Even if I didn't want to build anything myself, they are still a good deal and great value on quality amps. There are Youtube clips as well of Ceriatone amps.

They look decent to me though I have no real experience with their stuff. I do like the honest, open, real person-to-person no BS vibe I get from their website. That truly counts for something.

The amps are very good quality. The builds, if you want them to build the board for you, are clean as clean could be. Best of all, the amps sound GREAT. I have played a lightning, 18 watt TMB and they were very nice amps. They will do mods for you too!

I have a 2203 that Nik built up for me last year, with a small chenge to the tone, and effects loop, and out side bias points and adjustments. Couldn't be more happier, everything I wanted in a Marshall in one package. Super clean, super tight, sounds great! Loud mother though, likes to be cranked loud, and then just a bit more for good measure.
