Hartke GH412?? Any info?

Hey I'm considering buying one of these and I was wondering if anyone has any experience with them and their opinion of them. I'm going to be running an '85 JCM 800 through it and a few reviews on Harmony Central said that this cab doesn't sound good with Marshall tube amps. Can anyone disspell or confirm this?

if you want to do your JCM800 justice, dont run it through a hartke cab.

i've had limited experience with hartke guitar cabs, but the one i have heard didnt sound good.

i'd suggest a used Avatar 412 instead.

Personally I'd save for a used 1960 or buy an Avatar cab, as mentioned.

I had a guitarist a few years ago running his amp (Marshal pre) through a Hartke 4x10 bass cab. It sounded great!

Hmm interesting. Is is the cab itself that lacks in sound quality or is it the speakers? Because I have no problem changing speakers
