I saw that picture of Josh Homme, singer of Queen of the Stone age and I wonder wich guitar he plays, I didn't anywhere wich brand it is! can someone knows it?

It's probably a Maton; here is a link to the site and a picture of the same model as in the picture you posted except the tailpiece is different.

That model would be about $3600 CDN (it's a "custom"...their regular models are about $1500 - $2000); there is a dealer in New York and one in Maine. No Canadian dealers listed, but I bet Boutique Tone in Montreal would find one if you wanted it bad enough: they seem like great guitars, but I doubt they would be better than what you could get for the same money (or less) from some custom Canadian builders.
