I have a Yamaha Hundred 412 (use your imagination to figure the spec's:P). Anywho, I recently got a 1X15 cab (same god damned thing if you can believe it. The head portion from my 4X12 even fits in it!). The speaker mounts inside are held in with glue and what not. Anyway. My question, how would I go about taking the 15" mounting out of the one cab and putting it in the other one. Please note that I don't care how bad I ruin the 1X15. I have already figured out the impedance. Two 8 OHM speakers and one 16 OHM 15". Any ideas?

I'm not at all familiar with the cabinets that you are talking about, but I think what you are trying to do is put the single 15" baffle into the 4x12 cabinet and still keep two twelves in there.
The speaker baffles are usually dado'ed in around the perimeter of the cabinet, so changing them means uncovering and disassemling the whole cabinet.
It would probably be easier to just build a whole new enclosure if this is the case.
The other option would be to use both cabinets and just modify the wiring to do what you want it to do.

Well now I'm just baffled :P. But yes, that is what I want to do. Either that or I need two 12" 8 OHM speakers and a Yamaha amp.

You'd have to take the grill cover off.But you could cut an oval shape between the two 12 holes(so that the baffle doesn't interfere with the 15 in speaker and screw a piece of 3/4 birch plywood, with the 15 speaker mounted to it,to the backside.
