Anybody else think it would be interesting if guitars had hour meters?
I was at a friends house last night, he lets me grab one of his guitars (there's a few) and show him how it's coming. (I've been at it just under a month)
So I grab one that looks mosty like mine, and hack away at the chords I've learned and diddle around with the pentatonic minor scale.
After 30-45 minutes of me playing, him giving pointers "keep the fretting hand thumb up top" etc. I put the guitar back and he congratulates me on my taste.
Seems what I'd grabbed is an original 1960 strat. Glad he didn't tell me at the start.
Made me wonder how many hours of music the old girl had played. (until I got ahold of it anyhow)
