First, there is the one watt Killer Ant:

These amps are being introduced at NAMM and will be available around April.

Well, I suppose they are just jumping on the 100-400$ range tube amps like Peavey and the others have done... hopefully these are more raw and more marshall like. I have heard the current amp 5/3 watter and maxxed i think it sounds fizzy and flubby.... however, set to on breakup and then boosted with a good overdrive, these amps are pretty damn useable.

Very cool. I think it's a good band wagon to jump on. I still love my modified Epi Valve Junior. The Laney Lion Heart Series sounds awesome as well but fall a little outside of the $100-$400 range unfortunately.

The Killer Ant looks pretty cool but what on earth does the following mean:
"but, instead of a high power tube output section, it sports a clever, all-tube power block."
Makes me nervous . . .
