Behringer amps

Well presently i have the ultratwin GX212 but the distorion is really crap on a stick and since for most of the songs i play i need a nice distortion i was thinking of trading it in for the GMX212 (both from behringer)

what are your experiences with these two amps? should i saty with what i get or trade in?

i play alternative/pop punk

lol i was going to tell you to get rid of the behringer altogether, but it sounds like you figured that out already.

For SS amps I would look at Roland, Vox, Peavey or even some of the Crate stuff. For inexpensive tube amps the new models from Epiphone and the Peavey Valveking line seem to get decent but mixed reviews.
